LevelUpLife is a digital organisation, training and progress system. By registering and using LevelUpLife, you accept these terms of use in the version shown at the time of registration.

You are responsible for the information in your account. Login credentials must not be shared. Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

The application is partly still under development. Functions, data views and rewards may continue to evolve; there is no entitlement to permanently unchanged beta functions.

LevelUpLife does not replace medical, therapeutic, physiotherapeutic or nutritional-medical advice. Values, training suggestions, scores and calculations are provided for orientation only and are not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Train only within your personal capacity. If you experience pain, have symptoms, pre-existing conditions, are pregnant or are uncertain, obtain qualified medical advice before training or making changes to your diet.

You decide which health, body or location data you enter or share through device functions. Access based on consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Use LevelUpLife only lawfully and respectfully. In particular, manipulation of progress, automated or abusive access, bypassing protective mechanisms, and publishing unlawful, offensive or third-party content without permission are prohibited.

You must hold the necessary rights to content you submit through community functions. We may block or remove content and restrict accounts where this is necessary to protect others, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

We work to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Back up information that is important to you where this is necessary for you.

If paid offerings are introduced, the price, term, cancellation terms and any separate conditions will be clearly displayed before a paid contract is concluded. Until then, these terms do not create payment obligations.

Statutory liability, in particular for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability under mandatory law, remains unaffected. In all other respects, statutory provisions apply.

We may amend these terms where this is necessary because of new functions, security requirements or changes in the law. We will communicate material changes in good time in the app or by email, provided we are permitted to use your email for that purpose. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
