Delete account and data

If you are logged in, you can delete your account directly from your profile. Open your profile, go to the Account section and use the “Delete account” button.

If you no longer have access to your account, you can request deletion by email. Include the email address used for your LevelUpLife account so that we can identify the request.

Your account, profile and app content associated with your account, such as quests, training, nutrition, notes, settings and stored progress, will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Payment or billing data may be retained for longer where required by law. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
