TRAINING / LEVELUPLIFE
Strength. Skills. Endurance.One training system.
Track strength training, develop skills, record runs and other sports, analyze your performance and let LevelUpLife connect training with planning, recovery, nutrition and your overall progress.
Stay in the set. Not in the menu.
The live tracker is the core of your strength training. Sets, repetitions, weight, RIR, rest periods and past performance stay visible directly on the active exercise. An active workout can be restored if the app is interrupted, while native status surfaces keep the running session in view. Warm-up sets, supersets, drop sets and circuits are also intended to live in the same flow by launch.
- Previous session, personal bests and performance history directly on the exercise
- Exercises with execution, muscles, equipment, similar exercises and alternatives
- Warm-up, supersets, drop sets and circuits as one workout structure
Do not just log. Understand the next set.
Noah can already use your last session, personal records, planned sets, repetitions, RIR and time since the previous workout as context. That creates concrete recommendations for weight, sets and rep range. By launch, this is intended to become an adaptive training coach: automatically adjust progression, account for readiness, identify deloads and intelligently swap exercises when equipment, fatigue or personal limitations call for it.
CONCEPT PREVIEW
Training does not end with the final set.
After a session, LevelUpLife combines volume, intensity, RIR, rest periods, exercise performance and muscle involvement into a real session analysis. Performance history, estimated 1RM, benchmarks, ranks and trophies then show whether you are actually developing. Training load and periodization are intended to expand the view from one session to full weeks and training blocks.
Benchmarks give performance context. Your actual development comes from the history of your own sessions.

Benchmark path
One workout is good. A system is better.
Custom plans, templates, training days and programs become a real weekly structure. Program analysis checks set distribution, exercise selection and muscle coverage and shows where a plan is too sparse or too dense. Training days can sync with the calendar and quests. By launch, Workout Generator, periodization, automatic rescheduling of missed sessions and plan import/export are intended to join the system.
- Templates and custom programs with reusable training days
- Analysis of volume, split and muscle coverage
- Calendar/quest sync and intelligent rescheduling of missed sessions
Training gets an opponent.
In the Arena, real repetitions captured by the camera become game input. Casual and Ranked combine opponents, RR, placement, win streaks, rank bosses, rewards and leaderboards. The Campaign expands that with waves, hordes, different modes, mutations, highscores and boss fights. The next step is a Form Coach that not only counts repetitions but also evaluates range of motion, tempo and obvious technique deviations as training feedback.

CONCEPT PREVIEW

From the basic zum Skill.
Calisthenics gets its own progression. Skill trees, tracks and prerequisites show what you already master and which step makes sense next. Scores, ranks and rewards make development visible. If you want to train outdoors, LevelUpLife can also find calisthenics and outdoor fitness parks near you, including a map and available equipment.
The route becomes zum Fortschritt.
GPS, live map, pace, distance and route history form the foundation. Running Score classifies performance across twelve distances. Personal routes can be saved or drawn manually and run against your own best times. Area scanners and chests add a game layer to runs. The general sports tracker also covers many other sports with intensity, duration and calories. Heart-rate zones, wearables and route suggestions are intended to deepen this area by launch.

More training is not always better training.
Strength training, running and calisthenics each have their own training streaks. The Recovery Shield can protect planned recovery, while mobility, stretching and calculators support everyday training. By launch, this is intended to become a full readiness area: sleep, recent training load, performance trends, how you feel and optional health data provide training context. Nutrition can adapt pre- and post-workout targets, planning can reschedule missed sessions, and community challenges and shared social workouts can bring people together through training. Equipment profiles, exercise alternatives based on discomfort and health sync round out the system without replacing medical diagnosis.

Running remains part of the complete LevelUpLife system: runs are not only recorded, they can also shape your character, quests, challenges and long-term progress.

TRAINING / LEVELUPLIFE
Tracking is the beginning. Development is the goal.
Strength training, programs, analysis, calisthenics, running, sports, Arena, Campaign, recovery and coaching do not sit side by side as separate tools. LevelUpLife connects them with sleep, nutrition, planning, community and your overall character progress.
